Puccini Texas Championships is the new name for what has been popularly known as the Dallas Open. This signature event of the Dallas Badminton Club has excelled over the last fours years in terms of tournament administration, quality of play, and of course the prize money. This tournament provides the perfect platform to showcase the sport of badminton, nurture widespread interest and facilitate the growth of badminton.

Our new name is an unequivocal endorsement from our major sponsors Puccini who have bought into the vision and passion of this group of individuals who have created a large badminton footprint in the Dallas community under the guise of the Dallas Badminton Club.
