Dallas Badminton Club Junior Academy

• Goals:
  • Promote the sport of Badminton among youth (age 7-15),
  • service from the Club to its members,
  • Increase children’s fitness and athletic spirit,
  • Train juniors to eventually play with parents and club members at regular time
  • Compete at local or state tournaments – feel the excitement of winning,

  On the lighter side:☺ 

  • “Don’t let your kids end your badminton career!!!....”

• Program:  
  • One hour Beginner program focuses on: 
    

• Footwork and court running
• Basic strokes, serves and hitting skills
• Friendly competition at the end of some drills
• Understand simple tactics in singles and doubles  

• Location: 
  • Dallas Badminton Club at Reverchon Rec. Center
• Time:  
  • SATURDAYS 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
    
• Fees:   
  • First month (Feb 2008) FREE
  • Dallas Badminton Club member:  $5/session or  $50/3 months
  • Payable to Dallas Badminton Club
